The board of auditors is an organization established to audit the foundation's activities and accounts on behalf of the board of trustees.
The board of auditors consists of three (3) members elected for a two-year term by the board of trustees from within the board or from the outside, provided they do not constitute a majority.
(A set number ranging from 3 to 5 will be written.) Three (3) replacements are also elected.
The replacement member is called to duty in place of the original member who departs for whatever cause.
The audit committee is responsible for conducting audits of all books, records, and documents.
The report to be prepared for the accounting period is provided to the board of directors at least fifteen (15) days prior to the meeting of the board of trustees.
