a) Establishing, acquiring, developing, and operating all types of facilities, enterprises, and companies for scientific, cultural, economic, and social research;
b) Meeting the needs of domestic and foreign public and private organizations for research, examination, scientific opinion, business evaluation, and organization, as well as cooperating with these entities as required.
c) Organizing congresses, conferences, symposiums, seminars, panels, courses, and similar national and international scientific meetings and ensuring participation in such meetings, organizing balls-representations, shows, trips, educational and instructive courses, and ensuring participation in symposiums, seminars, panels, briefings, etc., to be organized by other individuals or organizations,
d) To lease or purchase the equipment, machinery, tools, instruments, devices, medicines, and raw materials deemed necessary for research and applications, either domestically or internationally;
e) To purchase, print, prepare, lease, and subscribe printed and electronic publications and similar materials, and make them available to higher education students and academicians.
f) To make the necessary investments to build all types of educational, training, and cultural institutions, to start and run businesses, and to take the necessary steps,
g) Providing scholarships to exemplary college students and establishing student housing.
h) To assist in the training of researchers in Turkey and abroad, to conduct research and studies, to provide or grant scholarships, and to recognize outstanding performance.
i) Where necessary, to commercialize, patent, and implement the research outputs of research institutions supported by the foundation.
j) In proportion to the Foundation's financial resources, to purchase and sell real estate, sports facilities, to construct and have constructed, to lease, and to establish real rights in the Foundation's favor in order to establish recreational facilities and guesthouses in appropriate locations.
k) To establish Primary, Middle, and High Schools, as well as a Nursery and Day Care Center
l) To generate income for the Foundation and to conduct other activities for the realization of the Foundation's purposes, including the purchase of real estate, the establishment of facilities, and their construction, and the purchase and sale of government, company bonds or shares, treasury bills, and other securities.
To participate in holdings, limited liability and joint stock companies, to establish companies and businesses within its own organization; to open all types of agencies and dealerships and to import and export, to establish commercial representations, to offer contracting and brokerage services, and to offer consulting services.
m) Encouraging research and development initiatives with strong economic potential in agricultural technology, industry, and other domains
n) All types of assets, including mobile and immovable properties or both, contributions, wills, and other testamentary or testamentary assets, by acquiring the appropriate legal licenses to accomplish the foundation's goal.
To own the assets of the Foundation through disposals or by way of purchase, lease, to sell, transfer and assign what it owns, to collect and spend its revenues and profits, to use the assets included in the assets of the Foundation in one or more investments, to receive aid from foreign organizations and foundations with similar purposes, provided that it is not contrary to the purpose of the Foundation and to be allocated to that purpose in whole or in part, and to conscientiously carry out the Foundation's purpose.
o) To accomplish the Foundation's objectives, the Foundation engages in borrowing, pledging movable and immovable property, pledging other collateral, creating and operating production and service facilities connected to the Foundation's aims.

The Foundation is permitted and authorized to engage in all undertakings, savings, appropriations, contracts, and businesses that are conducive to achieving one or more of its goals.
The foundation may not, however, utilize these powers and profits for activities that are banned by Law No. 4721.
